My name is Retta and I get great pleasure from seeing the improvement made because of me.
I add a personal touch to all I do and Iam not afraid to go the extra mile.
I love knowing that my Client will be elated when they walk through their door.
I love choosing new products in order to find the very best that is effective and smells nice.
I began Cleaning in 1995 and ran my own Company until 2006.
Since then I had remarried so I just did random jobs. Unfortunately 7 years later , I find myself on my own again.
I decided to go back to what I do best! Cleaning.
I have experience cleaning huge exquisite homes, beautiful 3 and 4 bedroom homes, Cottages , even boats and R.V.'s.
I have had contracts with Builders doing New Construction Clean-ups and Model Homes.
I have built professional relationships with Clients . At the same time, there is always a nice rapore as Individuals.
Clients find comfort in my Clean Background, and no history of negative or unsafe behaviors. Trustworthy sums it up!
I am a hard worker no matter how big or small the job. I was raised to give everything you have to get the job done correctly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself, ask for a quick walk through and give them opportunity to express any concerns or questions.
I generally grasp their expectations and Express back to them what I understand it to be so that there isnt confusion or disappointment.
I explain how I intend to carry out their wishes and in which order.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience alone was my training. I grew up with A Military Father that pretty much ran his home of 10 children, blended Family, Military style.
He also had many crafts. Mainly a Barber so I grew up sweeping floors and shining chrome and windows at his shops.
At home we scrubbed and waxed kitchen floor weekly...hands and knees.
Yard work, cleaning horse stalls, you name it!
As a Child I really despised always working but in truth it has kept a roof over my Childrens heads and now I am trusting that I can Start this business once more to provide for myself as I get older.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I start the hourly at 25.00 per hour.
If the work sounds more intense or requires specific extras such as major organizing, pulling out appliances, moving furniture, baseboards, major mold removal, vacuuming furniture, dust and polishing fine furniture with product, are examples of additional charges that are added accordingly.
How did you get started in this business?
I had Graduated Barber School and while waiting on my License, I needed income.
I had worked for a cleaning company at night while I went to school. So I decided I should look for work of my own. I immediately landed a few critical clients that raved about my Work and Character.
I went for it and had a thriving Company for better part of 11 years.
I had car accident and had 3 surgeries. My Daughter took over and I got into relationship that I got to travel and experience alot of what I missed being a young Mother.
Needless to say., I closed the doors. Now with much regret.

I have worked with and for all classes of people and many levels of cleaning.
No job too big or small!!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I enjoy Hockey, Football and Orioles Baseball.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Dont be wooed by the camouflage of tidying up. I tried working for a couple companys and could not believe what they thought was cleaning.
Basically threw some smells around, fluffed and it was all smoke and mirrors to me.
It irritates me that there are hundreds of people that Title themselves a cleaning business and making good money for half the work I do for the same money.
Please pay attention. If you agree on a quick pick up and wipe down, that is cool.However, be sure of what that means.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Understand what you are getting in that service.
If there is an important chore you want done, explain to what degree.
Consider all factors before choosing a Pro, not just their history of Cleaning but their character.
You are inviting these people into your most private possession. Your home!
Trust is a must and feeling comfortable with that person while they are in your space is super important.
Hopefully you will find a Pro that you will ask back next time and it will bloom into a respectful relationship on both ends.
