Hello!

My name is Josh Ingbretson. I am the owner/operator of Landtech Property Solutions. Landtech was established in August of 2023, however, my range of knowledge and expertise in the “handyman” fix/replace/install world goes back twenty + years. I enjoy problem solving when it comes to homeowners requests from easy tasks that they themselves don’t have the time for or simply do not want to tackle on their own to the things that may require a little research to accomplish.

I run my schedule very flexible and accommodate the homeowners schedule first and foremost. I do not charge materials up front. I do not take any form of payment until your project or task is complete and you are 100% thoroughly satisfied.

Landtech is a veteran owned & operated LLC.

Discounts to first responders (Police,Fire/Dispatchers,Active, Retired and Veteran status of the Military) are applied.
