What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We contact the customer so they will give us a day and time that works for them and we come over so theycan show us their place and we will be able to give them an accurate cost of the services.

If we come to an agreement, then we proceed to work the details such as the day that works for them so we can bring the crew to do the job along with the equipment, cleaning supplies and everything else we are going to need to perform our job.

No, i don't have a standard pricing becasue it always depend on the size of the house, how many bathrooms, how many bedrooms and what do they want to have done. No every house is the same.

How did you get started in this business?

I was an engineer for Raytheon for many years.When I left Raytheon I found myself with plenty of free time. I started working with a friend cleaning houses and offices. Getting to know how do a good job at cleaning, and being already used to deal with cusatomers i found it easy to do this job. That is how i desired to open up my own business and i have been doing it for 19+ years
