What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call the customer to set up an appointment to look at the work. I go to the house or business and come up with a proposal for the work to be done. If the customer would like to hire Quality Preferred then we set a mutually agreed upon date and get the work done in a timely manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Businees Management Degree and have multiple licenses that relate to construction. I put myself through college painting and working for my older brother in this company. Graduated from college and took over the business 25 years ago. I also own and manage multiple properties on the South Shore.

I typically come out to price the work and try to be fair to every customer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check references. Angies List and BBB are good resources. I have an A rating on Angies List and have been a member of the BBB for 15 years without 1 single complaint.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Know exactly what you want done and don't try to piece mail the work, it will cost more in the long run.
