What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I troubleshoot over the phone, provide a parts and labor quote. Parts are paid for up front and the rest is due upon completion of the job. We setup an appointment once parts come in.

I was trained as an aircraft mechanic at SIUC

$20 to $50 for outcall fee for areas outside of my radius. And labor depends on job and time.
