My typical process is the customer gives me their address. I will go to their home at a convenient time for them. I give them a price and if interested I start the job for them ASAP.

I take pride in all my work but most recent job was I planted tress all across a customer property line. It looked great and the customer was very satisfied, which means the most to me.
