One thing that makes us really enjoy our work, is seeing the customer satisfaction after we complete the job. We enjoy getting out there meeting and discussing the projects with our customers. And getting to know what they really want and how we can work with them to get them there!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When the customer calls, we establish what they are looking to have done and get all of their information. We then set up an estimate and meet with them, we like to walk their property, look at the area(s), take pictures, etc. Then we work on their individualized estimate and send over their quote. We then check in with them to see if they have any questions or concerns
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are continuingly going to different trade shows and getting certified in whatever is available to us. And a lot of our education comes from just working everyday and working with different products and tools to expand our knowledge.

We do not have a standard pricing for our services. We offer individualized pricing for each one of our customers, depending on the work they are looking to have done. This way it is fair, equal and the quality of work shines through.
How did you get started in this business?
David, the Father, started plowing residential homes about 30 years ago. Then Eric, the Son, started to plowing and wanted to add Landscaping to the mix. So, about 9 years ago Eric started the Landscaping part of the business, working by himself for a couple of years then eventually kept adding guys to get them to where they are today.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many types of customers. We work with Home owners, condo associations, restaurants, big businesses and everything in between. We love working with a wide range of customers, it keeps us on our toes and keep everyday interesting.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
A recent project we are fond is a big patio including walls with a fire pit, walkway and a few other projects to make the home owners dream yard come true.
