What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we arrange a time to visit the customers home, free of any charge and at their conveniece. Once the contact is stablished, the customer is lectured about everything from start to finish and we are hired, the office members of our team prepares a contract. Once the contract is signed we then deliver and strive to go beyond the customers expectations.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

OSHA, EPA, PDCA, Lead Safe and ongoing training with management and field operations.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Sanding a natural wood wainscoting, apply oil base primer and spray paint Benjamin Moore Advance Linen White. The result is breathless.


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Look for a company who have their own employees. The benefit of this is endless to name a few: Constant training, background check, drug-smoke-alcohool free workers, reliability, careness etc. On the other hand, a company who hires sub-contractors in most cases don't know who is working inside you home and looking into your belongings.

Another advice, always ask for proof of both insurances.


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What is the process before, during and after. What guarantees will they have. How long will it take etc.
