What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get an idea over the phone of what services the person is looking for and what price range they expect. Since different people expect different things for their pets, I do not have a set rate, but I do have a range that tends to work for everyone. Once we figure that out, I will set up an appointment to meet their pet(s) and to see firsthand the daily environment and schedule.
