I first meet with the client and assess what they need. I then negotiate the finer details and prepare a proposal for the job.

I have been working in this trade for 30 years and go through required training courses as needed.

I have mostly worked with homeowners but I have also worked with light commercial clients.

I would advise them to be sure of what they want out of their project and if possible, to have a professional drawing done of the scope of the work.
