On staff we have a more than 50 years of combined experience. Timber Tek is a general contracting firm who can handle it all and do it all with a personal touch. We aren't a large company that will have your project done be in experienced craftsman or a single person claiming to do more than they can. We are honest and upfront about every detail and our pricing.
We specialize in large remodels, post and beam restorations and barns, but we have also done additions and custom new homes. As well as smaller kitchen and bath remodels.
Timber Tek prides ourselves on above and beyond quality and service.
Timber Tek is:
Mass GC licensed with an unrestricted license (commercial or residential)
Lead certified renovators (Mass law but many contractors/handyman are not licensed)
Carry Workmans Comp insurance (Mass law)
Carry $1 Million in liability insurance.
We also have very good relationships with many of the local building inspectors cabinet supplier and lumber yards as we do it right and do it once.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Initial visit to review project and clients requirements
- We build an online and PDF quote
- If accepted we schedule the job on our calendar
- Depending on size of project we will handle design if necessary.
- We handle all permitting and documentation work.
- Depending on size of of project we will provide a detailed project plan with an estimated time line.
- We communicate prior to start and during project on regular intervals and provide update quotes when payments are made or change orders are requested or needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years construction experience.
Massachusetts unlimited Construction Supervisor license
Massachusetts registered Home Improvement Contractor
Lead renovation licensed (MA Law)
College degree in Business Adminstration
Workman's compensation insurance and $1 Million in Liability Insurance.
