What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling a personal walk through with the client, where we can discuss and look at some of their existing concerns/maintenance plans, etc. After the consultation, we I'll look to put a written breakdown/proposal in the clients hands within 72 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years of personal experience in the local market of landscaping, maintenance, hardscape /light excavation, snow removal, etc. of Seacoast area of NH, Northern Coast of MA, and the Southern Coast of ME.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Maintenance programs are typicall invoices monthly and at a relatively constant rate which will be submitted via a written proposal and contracted up front. More specific jobs are always estimated, assessed in person, and submitted in writing- prior to the commencement to any work to be completed.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked for another company in the area for just over 12 years, beginning at age 14. I became a foreman/supervisor for the last 4 out of ten years and eventually decided to open my own company at that point.
