We contacted Jeff to replace multiple floors throughout our house after we had saved for the past year to do. He immediately took our budget into consideration and maximized our dollar for product quality and explained where and what he could do to save some money ie: instead of new trim he carefully removed the existing trim and sanded and repainted to the likes of new saving us at least 400.00 to put back in the budget for higher quality flooring which was a mix of carpet and hardwood/manufactured floor, once the logistics were complete we signed a very straight forward no bull contract and he kept to it to a T. The work was done around the living schedule we have in our home and that was never a problem, not once was he in the way interrupting our families routine nor was cleaning ever an issue as we have children that are asmatic and have other breathing ailments, this was one of our top concerns, Jeff set up contained work areas, used HEPA vacs and removed debris, trash and equipment daily leaving the feeling of our home in tact while carrying out an extensive project. The other issue we had was in regards to our personal effects, there is a lot of items that had to be handled by Jeff to complete his task, when asked he provided us with a current copy of his insurace which was written for the purpose of our home specifically (great feeling) but his precarious workmanship and cautious movements made the policy muute as there was no chance of an incident because of that. The materials he picked out for the budget we gave him far exceeded our expectations, we never thought we had the money to have real carribean heart pine in our dining room but Jeff made it a reality and its gorgeous, I cant believe its in my house, Thanks Jeff. This experience was the easiest upgrade to our home we have ever done and over 20 years we have had many remodels and repairs and the little jobs proved to be more of a debacle then the massive on taking Jeff had with the floors, in the end I had only one complaint, why couldnt jeff always been around to do all of the jobs in our home? He is the only contractor I will ever call again and thats all I can say and all I need to say! Thank you so much Jeff
