I hired them to trim a large Ash tree. Lisa and team were great to work with. They showed up on time, checked in periodically to make sure I was happy with the amount being trimmed. The tree now looks amazing!

The reason for 4.5 on customer service is that they were 2 hours late and no call to let me know. However, once underway, they did a great job even to the point of checking along to way to make sure about the extent of the trimming desired. They did a wonderful clean-up job as well. So clean, I could have entertained right then and there!

Lisa and crew were very polite and easy to interact with. They did a great job, and for significantly less than the other estimates I received. They did a great job cleaning up all of the leaves/mess that occurred after trimming the tree. I would definitely hire them again for more work, highly recommended.
