What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do like to get right down to business, find what you need done set a price if we agree set a date and time. I do answer all questions and will explain anything and everything if needed. My approach is used to save time mine and yours. In my experience most people typically just want to know if you can do it and how much so its become more routine to get right to the gist.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have had multiple jobs in trades throughout my 13 year career from plumbing to mechanics i can put my hands on just about any task. Also between myself and my teammates we have several certificates and over 70 years of experience between us.
