What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Call them prior to coming out to qualify the type of work is being requested.
2. Set up an appointment within 24-72 hours.
3. Depending on the project, most estimates are returned back within 48 hours. Design and more complicated projects could take up to 2 weeks.
4. We like to communicate by email so nothing is lost in translation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Adminstration from Isenberg School of Managment/ University of Massachusetts. Design Principles Classes at Radcliffe Design School Weather-Matic Irrigaiton Design and Hydraulics Training Mass. Each project is different and we do not have a set price for construction, planting or hardscape.

Enjoyed working for myself and love being outdoors.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with General Contractors, Municipalities, Homeowners, Condominiums and Property Managers.

Over the course of 30+ years, our company has performed award winning projects for parks, Federal jobs, and water treatment plants in Ct.
Our experience in both maintenance and construction surpass most companies in our field. Our project valves in residential can range from $3,000 to $150,000.
Our commercial installations range from $10,000 to $1M in the past.
There's nothing we haven't experienced over the years.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have a real expectation on costs involved. A good contractor will provide you a fair price that covers their costs such as worker's compensation, general liability, and licenses.
A Budget is helpful to qualify a client on their expectation.
Always request a Certificate of Insurance prior to having work performed on your property.
