What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Have a real expectation on costs involved.  A good contractor will provide you a fair price that covers their costs such as worker's compensation, general liability, and licenses.

A Budget is helpful to qualify a client on their expectation.

Always request a Certificate of Insurance prior to having work performed on your property.
