What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We require a drivers license and a credit card or cash deposit before renting out equipment. Repairs can be dropped off anytime we are open or you may call to schedule a home pick up
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mechanics and managers are all factory trained by all the major small engine companies.
