What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After responding to requests I like to have a phone conversation. Talking on the phone streamlines the process of scheduling a pickup and get more information about the problem with your equipment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from a technical high school with a focus on Outdoor Power Equipment. I now manage a large fleet of Turf Equipment and continue my education by attending manufacture update training and classes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Aside from general maintenance and tune ups accurate quotes are nearly impossible. I charge $50/hour with a 1 hour minimum. I can give a ball park once I am provided with information about the problem and some general information about the piece of equipment. Parts are not included in my hourly rate.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with all types if customers. Home owners, landscapers, sports and recreation fields, rental businesses to name a few. Golf and Turf equipment is my specialty, specifically reel mowers.
