What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer to know a bit about the project, then we schedule a meeting to understand better the whole project, then after getting the scoop of work we start working on the cost, trying to minimize all possible charges to the customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very well trained mason with a lot of experience from Brazil and USA.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We usually charge per sq footage, depending on the type and difficulty of the job the prices can varie by sq footage.
How did you get started in this business?
After working 10 years in Brazil a a mason and 18 years in USA I diceded to move forward on my own and I started my own construction company, bringing all my knowledge from years of experience.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all kinds of customers l, commercial jobs, new construction, repairs job, remodeling jobs. We take all jobs seriously.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We have recently done a cobble stone work for a customer who are in love with the job done that he keeps sending me text messages full of hearts .
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would tell all customers to to draw a project that they will love it, studie the project to understand it before it is started, ask as many questions as possible, make sure the contractor explains every piece of the project, make sure the contractor makes you feel comfortable with he/she is presenting to you, no construction can be regretted, it is a project to bring you joy, to make your property a lovely place to enjoy a quality time with family and friends.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should ask to se pictures from previous job, how many years of experience the contractor has, should ask for insurance information, where the contractor buys all supplies, all details from the scoop of work, how many days it is estimated to complete the project and the warranty on the job.
