I mean no disrespect but I believe the human connection is lost quickly when the client knows ‘something’ is going on but has no idea what is happening.
My approach is very different. With almost 20 years in the industry, my first priority is to make sure that the client is comfortable and has any questions. I find myself to be very disarming but also very knowledgeable.
