Currently, I work as a self employed computer technician, troubleshooting a variety of computer issues, installing hardware and software systems, setting up computer security measures, maintaining or upgrading equipment, setting up printers, and offering remote technical support to my clients.
Previously, I was a Remote Desktop Technician at PlumChoice, where I provided step by step technical support over the phone, and chat to residential and small business subscribed for HP Smart Friend Services. Remotely repaired customers' tech issues, including and not limited to malware/virus removal, operating system re-installation, printer issues, etc.

How did you get started in this business?
I got introduced to the IT frield in high school. I was very lucky to have attened to a vacational high school which offered a variety of special classes that would prepare us with advaced knowledge, and hand on work experience in a field of our choice. I chose the IT vocaional program offered at my school in my freshman year, and succesfully completed the program in my senior year.
