I love helping people achieve their goals and be more confortable with computers. i also enjoy giving my customers a sense of peace knowing their comptuer needs are in good hands and they will be taken care of allowing them to focus on other things.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls, we will first talk about what the issues is and if needed a remote session or home / Business meeting will be set.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in IT for over 35 years. I have worked both for myself as well are managing an IT department for a major corporation where my teretory was all of North America.
How did you get started in this business?
My IT career started by taking a job from within the company I worked for as a helpdesk Technition answering call from users within the company. From there i worked my way up to Managing the Department of 26 staff memeber and over 500,000 devices including cell phones, l;aptops, printers and various electronic devices.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with CEO's of major corporations to home owers and Senior Citizens alike. to me you are not a title or catagory. you are a person who needs advice and help with this ever changing technology.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
when finding an IT partner or expert, ensure they will work with you when you need help. at your convience, not theirs.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Thnk about the age of the items you need help with. Think about what your expectations are for you need done and make sure you relay them to your expert
