What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with a new customer is to gather all required information (name, address, email, type of inquired service, description of the issue, etc.) This is usually done through of IT Intake Form. Once all information is provided and the customer has agreed with the cost of service, we then schedule a date and time for service to be provided.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our tech pros have extensive collegiate education and professional training in all services provided.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We most recently had to install a network infrastructure for a mortgage companies remote office. Their initial setup was not constructed so they inquired about our services to get things squared away for them. The project took under two days to complete in full.
