Meet the Business Owner

Garrett is a native son of Massachusetts. Born and raised in the urban communities of the inner city of Boston. Though being faced with numerous overbearing obstacles, he worked diligently to position himself to achieve academic success in both secondary and post-secondary studies. While in college, a colleague of his sparked the idea of him starting up his own tech business. Given Garrett's passion for wanting to build his own tech business, but more importantly, wanting to create a cost-effective alternative for customers, he created the brand that is GNB Technologies.

We specialize in IT consulting and technical support. These services consist of repairing your everyday iPhone or iPad's cracked screen, to removing malware from your home desktop computer that you love or revamping and building a network infrastructure for your small business office.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our typical process when working with a new customer is to gather all required information (name, address, email, type of inquired service, description of the issue, etc.) This is usually done through of IT Intake Form. Once all information is provided and the customer has agreed with the cost of service, we then schedule a date and time for service to be provided.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our tech pros have extensive collegiate education and professional training in all services provided.

Discounts & Fees For all first customers and\or customers that were referred to our business by a past customer will receive 10% off of their first form of service(s) provided. $25 travel fee will be included in the final invoice for travel of 25 miles or more.


What types of customers have you worked with?

We provide service to both local home users and small commercial businesses.


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We most recently had to install a network infrastructure for a mortgage companies remote office. Their initial setup was not constructed so they inquired about our services to get things squared away for them. The project took under two days to complete in full.
