What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take a consultative approach when working with a new customer. We ask questions pertaining to their network, computer, IT infrastructure issues, or needs. Then we will provide a fair estimate based on the work/material required.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been servicing IT systems for 15 plus years, which range from traditional rack and stack to enterprise deployments across multiple states.

We typically charge time and material, with 1 hour minimum.
Our standard hourly rate is $99 + $39 travel fee if on site is required. As an essential employer, we follow the recommended covid-19 protocol posted by CDC and the local municipality guidelines.
How did you get started in this business?
We love working with technology and have a passion for improving both consumer and commercial IT needs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
These range from large multi-site customers like McDonald's & Sprint/T-Mobile to smaller "mom & pop" owned businesses. Our sweet spot is small- medium-sized businesses.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask for referrals for recent work performed.
Request a copy of their certificate of insurance.
