Over 12 years of hands on advanced data recovery experience in working electronically, mechanically and logically failed storage devices, such as RAID arrays, HDDs, SSDs, USB Thumb Drives, External Hard Drives, Compact Flash Cards, Micro & SD Cards, etc.
Comptia A+ and Security Certified 10+ years.

How did you get started in this business?
University graduate with computer science degree looking for work during the great recession. Discovered data recovery back in early 2008 and fell in love with it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All: government, big and small businesses, as well as common folks.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We were able to help a national defense government agency recover classified data. It was a long 33 hours onsite recovery, but it was a fulfilling feeling to help with such important data.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Customers should not be emotional and rush, not choose based on price alone, describe in detail what you need and expect from the service provider, ask all questions you need answers for, be nice!
