We are certified computer repair technicians with fifteen-plus years of experience in handling all sorts of jobs, both large and complex. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer calls. Over-the-phone inquiry and customer information and issue assessment is taken. The cost of service is determined and the appointment is scheduled. The customer is contacted before the appointment time to confirm the appointment. Onsite work is done, then the customer pays.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in Computer Networking Systems. Completed courses in A+ PC Technician, Web Design, Computer Networking, HTML, and more.

Convenient Tech has been established for nearly 10 years. We have serviced hundreds of customers and sold hundreds of reliable computer systems. 80% of our customer base have been gained through word of mouth. We have grown greatly throughout the years and appreciate everyone who has attributed to our growth. As we continue to grow, we take every opportunity to give back to our community and to our customers. We offer many free giveaways throughout the year to our customers and have donated to organizations in need.
