Gerald Blanchard came out to estimate my project in less than a day. He then provided a pricing quote the next day. I contacted him with a go ahead proceed request and he scheduled me quickly, He showed up work ready with a truck load of supplies to rebuild my front porch and my backyard deck. I should note he had every tool you can imagine at his ready. Work started quickly, but 2 days of rain slowed progress down. As soon as the rain went away he was back. In total (discounting rain} it took him and his team 3 days to rip out the old deck/porch and restore both the front porch and the rear deck completely. ~160 square feet plus stairs. The quality of materials, Geralds knowledge of building craftsmanship and delivered product were as good as one could ever expect. Gerald is a motivated builder with very good intuition and construction skills. I was very pleased with his workmanship. I would recommend his service to anyone looking for fairly quoted quality home renovations.
