SaniGLAZE offers a phenomenal array of Restoration Process for hard surface floors & walls. We specialize in Tile & Grout Restoration. It is very gratifying to see my Customers respond to the outcome of the job.
I offer a FREE Demo to show the potential results and often get the "WOW" response. SaniGLAZE can TRANSFORM floors & walls to "better than new" condition without the mess of demolition and replacement.
I have worked with Hospital, Hotel, Education & Office Building Facility Managers and Environmental Services Managers. Also, work with Architects & General Contractors to help them restore certain areas.
I have met some awesome people who are trying to make a positive impression with their floors & walls and manage germs in this new Covid environment.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
SaniGLAZE works best when a Demo is done on the floor or wall of the Customer's choice before prices are given. The FREE Demo serves a few purposes:
1) Helps me to understand the Customer's needs and make sure I can meet or exceed their expectations.
2) Allows them to see what is involved in the restoration Process.
3) Helps me to understand what will be required to restore that particular surface.
4) Allows me to provide an accurate Proposal, based on the discoveries made during the Demo.
Before, during and after the Demo, I explain the recommended Process(es) and Options that may be available. I also provide literature specific to the recommended SaniGLAZE Processes.
After the Demo, measurements are taken and any defects or issues are noted. Then a Proposal is drafted, explaining the Process, Price and Warranty. The Proposal is submitted to the Customer for review.
If approved, the Customer signs the Proposal, sends a copy back to me and the job is scheduled based on the availability of the facility or home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as Operations Manager at SaniGLAZE for 11 years. During that time, I have attended Annual Seminars and Workshops hosted by SaniGLAZE International. The Workshops include hands on work with the products and tools as well as extensive education on the products and processes.
Updated information is sent by Monthly Newsletter, as needed emails and a Monthly Sales Chat with other SaniGLAZE Franchise Managers throughout the country. This allows us to share trade secrets and best practices with our colleagues.
Continuous on the job learning occurs, as each surface presents different challenges. Cumulative growth by knowledge & experience helps in solving problems as they may arise on a job site.
My Technicians have been trained in all of the specific SaniGLAZE Processes and they can also refer to Manuals & Updates that detail the Process, step by step! They also receive emails directly from SaniGLAZE International highlighting new products or research findings.
