What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll meet them myself see what problem is tell them what I will do to fix and give price on repair after I look at and tear down if to much I’ll give it back to them are suggest another way cheaper if possible are offer to sale them the seal and they can do work I tell them how to do it

I have been in co struction for nearly 18 years and hydraulic cylinder I did all hand on training to running shop to parts manager quieting jobs
