Dominick is a very hard working young man. I was looking for someone to repair a fence for me, it was a small section and could hardly get anyone to come and take a look. Dominick was more than happy to help me out in a very timely fashion. Amazing young man with great work ethic.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I typically get introduced to my consumers via recommendation or social media, most of the time for contact is my through the phone. Once we have communicated I will ask about your project, location, and budget. From there I usually provide general pricing for such a project before I take the time to come out and see the job for what it truly is, then I give an accurate quote that I will stand by.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was in the commercial construction industry for about 5 years, before I decided to it was time to go on my own. While in the commercial industry I learned from many tradespeople the skills I need get the job done in a timely manor and with perfect craftsmanship. From pouring concrete to making mortar, to laying brick, block, and stone, to repairing slabs and constructing fences. I have learned many trades and am willing to stand behind everything I say.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Pricing varies depending on the job and it's size. I will never exceed the average price you can find online.

How did you get started in this business?

I started this as a side hustle when I got in contact with real estate developer and he loved my work and recommended me to a few of his friends. And soon enough I was staying busy enough to quick my full time job and legitimize this business

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with every type of person there is to work with. There is no specific type of person I'm willing to work for. I provide the same service to everyone for the same price.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I am very fond of my first commercial concrete job because it taught me so much. I had 750 sq ft of a parking lot to break up, form, and pour. Being it was my first job I made a few mistakes that cost me money but I was honest and stuck to my original quote. This job was a benchmark for me and from there I knew where I wanted to take this business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Always do your due-diligence when looking for a pro. Asks questions, ask to see previous work, ask about how they price their jobs, and what they are looking to get out of doing a job for you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Find out details for what you want. If you have a special project and have some pictures of what your looking for send them to the pro. Provide a visual of what you are looking for, so there is no room to be unsatisfied.
