Recently got a cleaning with shine bright, it was absolutely wonderful! I was able to go out finish my shopping list and come home to my house smelling fantastic! The girl was so polite and professional. Even the owner came to come check out the cleaning to make sure everything was how it was suppose to be! Thanks !!! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A potiental client would contact me for a quote for their cleaning. Either by phone or email, we will then discuss what their needs and wants are, making sure we can fulfill them!! We will set up a time and date that works for the client. We always make sure to remind the client a day prior to their cleaning. Rescheduling is always an option.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team and I have more thank 3 years in the residential cleaning industry.
