Hello my name is Brittany Spurrier and I am located in the Lafayette area. I have been a cleaning technician for a year and a half and seeking to utilize my skills to assist you. I offer a detail clean with your choice of either eco friendly cleaning products or regular products. I work top to bottom. Left of a room to left, and touching everything. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when talking to customers I will start by asking the square feet, will see what's needed, and will it be a one time clean or a recurring.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a year and half experience in the cleaning experience. During this time it was with a cleaning company.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I have a set rate. Typically I charge 65 for anything under 1500 sq ft, 75 for anything between 1501-3000 sq ft , 85 for 3001-up sq ft for regular cleaning. For a deep cleaning, quote offered when I talk to customer and use a specific checklist (list of what's needed and how many square feet)
How did you get started in this business?
I have worked with a cleaning company for a year and half and wanted to venture off on my own.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a variety of different types of customers. I will continue to do so and work with my customers to the best of my ability.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire who you feel comfortable with, who goes over and beyond for you, and generally help you with your needs.
