What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1: we would meet gather the information on what style /look, the Fence layout any gates? Take measurements & ask what what kind of material you are looking for? Explain the difference from pine to cedar pickets metal poles to 4x4s concerning the post. Explaining the longevity of each material
2: 24- 48 hours to receive back typed itemized quote. Once accepted 24 hrs from accepting we will have a contract to sign explains scope of work, Warranty's job start date & expected completion date. Picking up Deposit for materials
3: once Material deposit has been picked up cash Venmo or any Direct payment material will have been purchased 24 hours after been picked up & set to be Delivered 72 hrs before scheduled start date. If paying by check material will be purchased once check has cleared depending on bank 48 hrs.
4: once we start a job we are there through the job is done. 200 ft of fence demo & install all new with gates 3 1/2 business days top with good weather. 5 business days standard
