What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask what the problem is they are having?? Let them know i can do a Free Estimate, Can drop off and pick up their equipment or i can can pick it up and return for a small service fee.
I always infor the customer what is wrong with their equipment before i fix it unless other wise stated i can do the repairs which WE agreed upon up front.
