What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with customer on phone, then I either give them my flat rates or I will go look at the job and then price it. If accepted we schedule a day and start working.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with Crime scene team, and have recieved certifications in project management and OSHA Safety.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Initial cleaning is always the most expensive it includes baseboards to ceiling fans. I call it a fresh start. Bi-weekly is much cheaper and does not take as long as the initial clean
How did you get started in this business?
I love to clean and I am very OCD. It relaxes me and I love the feeling of my clients having the chance to come home to a sparkling clean house.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with commercial and residential clents. I have done night time office cleaning, post construction cleaning for commercial and residential, crime scenes, realtors and all types of homes including trailers and apartments.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they have insurance and follow your gut feeling. You know instantly when you meet that person if you can have a trusting work relationship.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Do they offer discounts if they provide the supplies?
