What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what there needs are and problems of the repair or service needed. And lisen to their issues they are having and there concerns they may need. And to give my best suggestion and why I suggest it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
35 years experienice. School train well serving it the Miltary. I have worked on small engine most of my entire life.

Most services on lawnmowers runs 75.00. That is oil change new air filter, remove and replace spark plug. Check pull starter rope to see if signs of to much wear. And if so call custormer and let them know it needs replacing. blade removed and shapened and balanced clean all debris out from under the deck. check drive belt to see if it needs adjusting or replaced
How did you get started in this business?
After leaving the service many years ago. I started working on lawn equitment of all types part time and I had a full time job to. I always had people lawn equipment to work on that knew me and the word of mouth. I even taught small engine mechincs at one time in my life. Now I am retired. I have a shop behind my home that I work on equipment all the time. from two cycle to 4 cycle it does not matter.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have work with everyday people that cuts there own lawns to professionals. Lawnmower zero turns lawntractor, weedeaters, generators, chainsaws, to even boat engines. I have done it all I suppose.
