What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer a proper introduction in person and then I tell him a little bit about my business and any other questions they want to hear and after please show me what it is they're wanting done I will give them an estimate and if they like it which most customers do on small jobs I am okay with just a simple handshake as the contract but if it's a bigger job I do write out contracts oh yeah and if you feel like my instrument is too high or something I'm open for negotiation I help people all the time but mean things done but really don't have the money to do it I ain't trying to get rich I'm just trying to feed the family and have fun in life but if I get rich along the way well that's okay too LOL
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1-I've been in the home improvement/construction industry my entire life. My dad had his own business and i grew up on a big farm so if i wasn't in school i was working.
2-I took carpentry in high school and im in college right now for HVAC
