SPEAK ON PHONE TO DETERMINE HER NEEDS.I ASK HER FOR PICTURES SHE MAY HAVE COLLECTED FROM MAGAZINES TO GIVE ME A BETTER IDEA OF HER DESIRES. IF I CAN HELP HER, WE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO GO TO HER HOME TO SEE FIRST HAND WHAT SHE NEEDS AND SUGGEST MY SOLUTIONS.

SINCE THIS TYPE OF WORK IS SO CUSTOMIZED, I MUST PRICE EACH REQUEST, AS THE INTENSITY AND DETAIL OF EACH PROJECT VARIES. PLAIN PAINTING IS LESS EXPENSIVE THAN FAUX FINISHES. AND SOME FAUX FINISHES ARE MORE LABOR-INTENSIVE AND THEREFORE WILL COST MORE.
REFINISHING FURNITURE AND REFURBISHING ANTIQUES ARE IN A SEPARATE CATEGORY ALTOGETHER, AS IS HAND LETTERING AND LOGO OR MURAL WORK.
How did you get started in this business?
I HAD DONE THIS FOR MYSELF ONLY AND SOME FRIENDS. WHEN MY INCOME SOURCE CHANGED, I NEEDED TO DO SOMETHING THAT WOULD COMPENSATE MY GIFTEDNESS IMMEDIATELY. MANY FRIENDS ENCOURAGED ME TO DO THIS AND SO I PRAYED FOR A BUSINESS LOGO, NAME AND VEHICLE. AS THE LORD PROVIDED THESE, THEN I PRAYED FOR CUSTOMERS AND THE REST IS HISTORY.

BUSINESSES, HOME OWNERS, INTERIOR DESIGNERS, HOME BUILDERS, AND FROM ALL ECONOMIC AND ETHNIC BACKGROUNDS.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I JUST FINISHED A KITCHEN MAKEOVER, THE CUSTOMER IS HAPPY AND SO AM I. I HAVE DONE A MAKEOVER IN 6 ROOMS OF HER HOME AND WILL DO AT LEAST 2 MORE, PLUS COMPLETELY REDID HER FRONT DOOR, WHICH SHE LOVES. AND AM REPAINTING THE EXTERIOR TRIM OF HER HOUSE SOON.

LOOK AT THE PAINTER'S WORK IN PERSON IF POSSIBLE.'
