What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process with new clients is to talk over the phone in order to arrange a good time to meet them in person. At this point we talk about the job and I try to pull all the information I can think of that will help in the design/function/and cost planning. After that we draft a quote and get back with the customer as soon as possible and give them a price that we stick to.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years a active duty marine corps leadership and combat training, 6 years of construction field experience, ACI certified
