What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we make a basic plan of all tasks needed to satisfy our customers. What they want most, and expect at the end. We then discuss a contract we are both content with. Usually our contracts state that, 40% of total estimate is due upfront. Then the remaining 60% is asked for at the end of the finished projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've classes to obtain my business degree from Indiana University. Also, while going to college, I was doin masonry work for the past 5 years before I ventured out on my own in 2016. With over 14 years experience, alone, my skills are unlimited mostly.
