What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive a call, text or email and make contact with customer and schedule a day and time to go to their location and give a free quote on any potential projects they may want a quote on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Grew up as a kid watching my father run his Masonry business and eventually began to help him as a youth then with time decided Masonry was my tradeoff choice and I've made a career out of it.

I come to customer's home, look at project and give options available and pricing on site.
How did you get started in this business?
My grandfather and father were lifetime masons and I followed their trade as i was born to do.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential home owners, rental properties, business managers and owners.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Built an outdoor Fireplace and Grill that turned out awesome.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Compare apples to apples when comparing quotes and consider local or out of town businesses and consider experience and reputation.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I'd suggest figuring out a time frame of when you may be wanting your project to be done and always call at least 30 days prior to wanting work to begin.
