What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free estimates and will meet in person with the customer to look at the project they are hiring us for. We listen first to understand their needs/concerns and then take accurate measurements of the area to be painted before providing a quote back to the customer. We keep in regular contact with customers during a job so they know what to expect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our painters have almost 15 years of experience and Five Star Painting is a certified lead renovator firm, recognized by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, license # KS17-13221.
