Talking to them make sure I get a clear understanding of what they are wanting to be done

I have over 5 years hands on experience as well as certifications fron different program courses I have taken along the years.

I usually base my price on the number of bedrooms and bathroom the home has. With that knowledge I know about how much time it will take me to get the project completed
How did you get started in this business?
I actually begin cleaning or working housekeeping potions within hotels and nursing homes. Then from there it went to working for other cleaning service providers. From there I decided to begin my own cleaning service and here I am
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all type of different customers. There are not two people that I know of that are just a like or are seeking to gain the same outcome or wantings.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am happy to now offer santizie/fogging cleanings to my service listings. That makes me feel like I am attempting to help my customers along with their loved ones as mcuh as possible through this COVID-19 pandemic
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do not be shy or afraid to let the pro know exactly what it is that you are wanting/expecting froim their services
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are the seeking certain parts or aspects of the home to be of more focus than others
Are they wanting deep cleaning or basic housekeeping services
Are there any add-ons or extra such as (windows, mini-blind, floor buffing or shining) they are wanting as well.
Do they plan on the services to be one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services
