What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we recieve a customers information, we will route them to the appropriate department manager and make contact with the customer to discuss and understand your needs and wants. Sometimes a phone call or an email is all we need to begin your quotation, other times it will require a site visit and a meeting to collect the information we need.
How did you get started in this business?
Green Lawn, Inc was established in 1992 by Craig Hawkins. Starting out as a small lawn care business, we quickly grew by providing quality results along with personalized customer service and professionalism.
As the demand for landscape and irrigation services grew, we began to implement them into our services. Today we are one of the most complete lawn, landscape and irrigation service providers in the area.
Being a "full service" provider is something our customers love. One vendor, one bill to pay and only one call to make. Gone is the hassle of multiple vendors for your landscaping needs!
