Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers contact me about a project, then I gather details of the project, I set a day to come out to survey the area, and I proceed to make a quote. I then will deliver what's needed for the job after receiving our security deposit and signing a bonding contract. All payments are complete with a receipt.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a younger fella my father would put me to work on his real estate properties and I just picked it up as something fun and great to retire from. I also have an uncle who owns a landscaping company and he also would put me to when my father was low on work. I have been doing outside and inside work all of my life and so I started this company to fulfill my potential to be an independent business owner like my father.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pending on the job I will charge per square foot or by $300 half day or $600 full day mainly because not only do I receive payroll but the business has expenses to cover. I AM FLEXIBLE
What types of customers have you worked with?
Customers that work out of town, customers who own real estate, customers who have lots of doggies, customers who are picky, customers that have a tight budget, customers that are elderly, customers who are younger.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I consider myself a pro but other pros are expensive so my biggest advice would be to do your research and ask around to compare pricing and work ethic.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Make sure it's something you truly are ambitious about. Always plan a budget for the project and ask around for the best work and prices.
