I had this young lady over to do some very light cleaning in the drawers in the kitchen with real empty, my refrigerator inside wipe down, and some bathroom drawers that needed cleaning and that was it. The bathroom drawers were not cleaned which was supposed to be done by her daughter, she wiped out the inside of the refrigerator but then left the freezer because I didnt specifically say do the freezer, all the drawers that she wiped down more half-ass than not really clean at all. Then I looked under the sink and it was absolutely filthy and when I said something to her about it she said Oh I thought you just wanted the drawers you know as an easy out for her. My recommendation would not have her in your house to do any type of cleaning. She did come here at 5 in the evening and maybe she was in a rush but that is no excuse. When you go to somebodys house to do a cleaning then it should be clean. I hope this review helps the next person down the road.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Customers request a quote, I then respond with an estimate for the lowest and highest rate for that cleaning type so you have a price range to go off of. Every New and Re-occurring customer receives a discount as well as veterans and seniors. I then ask the customer for some details if interested, I then set a start date and process the new client form and go from there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 15+ years of experience in my profession.

My charge for house cleaning , my rate all depends on the size of the home and how long it will take me to complete the service requested as well as how clean and cluttered the home already is upon arrival.

How did you get started in this business?

I discovered my OCD allows me to work alone and focus on clients. I love to live by my slogan Live, Laugh, and Love Clean.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with college students, elderly, and very busy mothers who just don't have the time but want cleanliness.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I am growing fond of cleaning college students apartments, I also go to alot of senior living homes and clean elderlys apartments who r bed ridden or in a wheelchair.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure they are a molded perfectionist and a friendly happy ready to work professionally.
