    Great people

Jason came out quickly and was very responsive and polite. He fixed the water intrusion immediately and I have complete confidence that they'll do a great job fixing the rotten wood.

I'll be honest, I've never left a review in my life but I just received an email link asking me to review this company so why not, they deserve it lol. They were hired to pressure wash and paint 2 of our rental properties and put flooring in another property. They were terrific In my opinion because they found AND REPAIRED rot that I didn't know existed. Plus they didn't break my bank doing Yay! Super friendly people too so they're a win in my book.

Well I've never once in my life left a review- good or bad, but when Jason asked me if I would, I was happy to. First, this company did a great job for quite a bit less than my 2 other estimates but I was more impressed with how nice and professional they were, even his young laborer was a fine gentleman. The first thing Jason did when coming to measure and stuff for the estimate was show me his insurance info and professional certifications he and his company have. Honestly, I was pretty much sold right then even before I received the price. Happy to recommend you guys and I wish you all the best.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The best thing for most jobs is to have an on-site estimate. It's always best to see the jobsite in person to give the best price. Every job is different and has its own unique set of challenges.

This is a free, no obligation on-site estimate. We don't use, nor do we believe in, high-pressure sales tactics. We believe a contractor's actions, reputation, qualifications, and of course price should sell the job-- there should never be a need to pressure or 'trick' a customer into a contract.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

20+ individual certifications that are available upon request and also on our website at wwe.metrohomepros.webs.com as well as 23+ years in the home building and remodeling industry.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Not so much a "standard" pricing procedure because, as mentioned above, when dealing with remodel jobs as opposed to new construciton, each job is unique. We do however, strive to be on the lower end of scale in our industry. We do this by being super efficient in everything we do as well as keeping overhead costs to a bare minimum but never by 'cutting corners'. Honestly, we intentionally stay a fairly small contracting company in order to keep overhead and pricing as low as possible. We're in this to solve homowners issues and make a living- not get filthy rich and that's the honest truth!

How did you get started in this business?

Started by framing custom homes in the '90s housing build boom.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Ask to see certifications and especially liability insurance certificates- this is a must!!
