This is a free, no obligation on-site estimate. We don't use, nor do we believe in, high-pressure sales tactics. We believe a contractor's actions, reputation, qualifications, and of course price should sell the job-- there should never be a need to pressure or 'trick' a customer into a contract.

Not so much a "standard" pricing procedure because, as mentioned above, when dealing with remodel jobs as opposed to new construciton, each job is unique. We do however, strive to be on the lower end of scale in our industry. We do this by being super efficient in everything we do as well as keeping overhead costs to a bare minimum but never by 'cutting corners'. Honestly, we intentionally stay a fairly small contracting company in order to keep overhead and pricing as low as possible. We're in this to solve homowners issues and make a living- not get filthy rich and that's the honest truth!
