Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most importantly we find out exactly what kind of service they are needing, so that we are sure that we are the right vendor for their needs. Then we will set up a time for drop off/check in and give the customer an estimation on when we will be able to start work on their unit and will keep constant communication with them throughout the repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Stihl Silver certified, Exmark certified, and have 2+ years small engine experience working for a dealer as well as many more at home. We are not currently a dealer for any brands, but can provide parts and service for all.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing:
2 Cycle (trimmer/blower/saw/etc.) - $25/Hr
4 Cycle (walk behind/rider/etc.) - $50/Hr
All units are charged $25 diagnostic fee. Fee is waived if we make the repairs.

Started as a hobby growing up, worked in some type of equipment industry all of my working career and spent 2+ years working for a successfull lawn and garden dealer.

We have worked with all types of customers. We have the same sense of urgency whether your a residential customer or commercial customer.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
