hi im paula with wize cleaning.I have been in the moving & cleaning buisness for 31 years. I take pride in my work.! And I'm here to make everyone of my clients feel comfortable being in thier home and I'll go an extra mile just to meet my clients needs...also i like to stay within my clients budget.if more cleaning is required i will definately make the time to return and finish ur whole home going from room to room to finish, ur deep clean, it may require a couple or few times to finish but i assure u we will arrange a flat rate monthly,bi-weekly or weekly rate after im finished. I will schedule one time cleans also.   

What I love about the work I do ??? Hmmmm...I love seeing all my clients expressions on thier faces when I finish thier home or just even the smallest task I've been given...It feels amazing to know just how much relief & stress is lifted off my clients shoulders..and to see the difference I can make in just so little time.....I  love making life easier for the ones that dont have the spare time in this busy world we live in!! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I introduce my self then I like doing a walk through on all areas that need cleaned then answer my clients questions if thier is any. I ask about thier pets if they are loose in the home so I know not to let them out as I'm entering and exiting the home...I also make sure I ask about if thier is any special kind of cleaners my client already uses or wants to use on any furniture they have...extra time for appliances only because if i have a large home that im doing it may require a couple days to clean. i give my clients a day of their choosing and ill schedule appliances and windows on seperate days unless they are willing to pay the time it takes to do it all in one or a few days in time. if i have a scheduled time to be there i will use my best judgement to try and finish all normal living areas first...unless my client has specific instructions on rooms to do first... deep cleans take alot more time than a normal basic clean does...so i will tell my clients to please let me schedule their deep clean into 2 0r 3 sessions .....if thats what it takes... or they can pay for however long it takes....6hours plus is usually where a deep clean will average in time,depending on how large the home is....if i do a phone estimate their are no guarentees on the time of the clean to be done in...unless my client ask for a certain amount of hours to stay within their budget. or i can come do a estimate beforehand if requested..i will ask. so please make a wise clean choice and call or email wize cleaning...thank you!!                                paula poplicean

25 per hour 4 hour minimum usually I'm flexible and  I do other tasks besides cleaning. Laundry dog walking.grocery shopping and other handy man tasks.
