What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
the first step is getting an understanding of my customers cleaning needs and providing a quick quote. next we schedual a vertual meeting to get a real life view of the work space where we will go over the final pricing of the job as well as set up appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team members take a small cleaning class, that i give my team, to make sure that they meet the cleaning requirements of the business model.
